We also have a local authority approved HCASS food safety system, and have recently received a Food Hygine Rating of 5.
HOGi HOGi HOGi is a hog roast company based in Cardiff and covering the whole of South Wales. We provide a professional yet friendly service and will endeavour to cater to your every need. All of our pigs are locally sourced. Our method of cooking the pig on a spit produces a tender and evenly cooked meat, providing a feature and focal point for any function.
We achieve this by using our top quality, stainless steel CE Marked machines-which can cater for up to 300 people.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for all your help and support during last night’s event. It was a lovely evening, and personally, I think it was one of the smoothest member events we’ve ever hosted. The feedback we’ve received this morning, especially for how great the food was, has been amazing! It really was delicious, so thank you again for everything.
