Selling our delicious hog roast rolls at the Eisteddfod
95kg pig that we cooked – it took 4 of us to lift it into the machine!! Check out the photo below. Cooked slowly over 12 hours it tasted divine and received rave reviews from our customers. Luckily only rained for one day – this is Wales after all and an Eisteddfod wouldn’t be an Eisteddfod without a few muddy wellies and a poncho or two. We’d like to thank everyone that called at our hog roast stall during the week – your positive feedback really made the long hours worth while. And lastly I’d like to thank the Eisteddfod officials for organising a fantastic festival that all of us in Wales can be very proud. HOGi HOGi HOGi oink oink oink ?
